Ordering & Photos

What kind of photo do you need?
One clear photo is enough. For busts, a front-facing photo showing the face and upper torso. For full-body figurines, a standing head-to-toe photo. For pets, any clear shot showing face and markings. Extra reference photos are always welcome — email them after ordering.

My photo is old / blurry / low quality. Can you still make it?
In most cases, yes. Restoring old photos of loved ones is our specialty. If a photo truly won't work, we'll contact you before anything is made — and refund you in full.

Can you combine two separate photos into one figurine?
Often, yes. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

Can I see it before it's printed?
Always. You'll receive a free 3D preview, and we revise it until you approve. We never print without your approval.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take?
Production takes about 10 business days after you approve the preview. Shipping time depends on your location — tracked worldwide shipping is included.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with tracking.

Is gift packaging included?
Yes — every piece ships in a premium gift-ready box at no extra cost.

Returns & Guarantee

What if it doesn't look like them?
That's exactly why the preview exists. We revise for free until you're happy. Once you approve and printing begins, the piece is custom-made for you and can't be returned — but if it arrives damaged or defective, we remake it free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn't started.

Materials & Care

What is it made of?
Full-color 3D-printed composite with a protective matte finish. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and clean with a soft dry cloth.

Is it fragile?
It's a display piece, not a toy — treat it like a porcelain keepsake and it will last for decades.
