By ordering from Joyfulpop, you agree to the terms below.
Custom-Made Products
Every figurine is made to order from the photos you provide. Because each piece is personalized, production begins only after you approve your free 3D preview.
Your Photos
- You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have permission from the people pictured.
- We may decline photos that are unlawful, infringing, or offensive; in that case you receive a full refund.
- Full-color 3D printing is an artistic reproduction, not a photograph. Minor differences in color and fine detail between the preview and the printed piece are normal and are not defects.
Orders, Preview & Production
- You will receive a 3D preview within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
- Unlimited preview revisions are free. Production starts only after your written approval.
- Production and shipping take about 10 business days after approval. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy: full refund within 48 hours of ordering (before production), full refund if you are not satisfied with the preview, and free remake or refund for items damaged in transit reported within 14 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
